I ordered a 5x7 lighted memorial crystal in honor of my wife's father submitting via email an enlarged picture from a digital photo. The backgropund needed to be removed and I was a little concerned the picture was not clear enough. I was extremely impressed with the outcome, as was my wife. The resulting crystal memorial is nothing less than outstanding!!! In addition, I ordered it on a Sunday afternoon and received by UPS on Thursday. Very quick turn around time. Thank you very much!!!
